I don't live in Bulgaria and cannot participate in the furnishing activities. How can I be sure that my order has been executed correctly

• We take detailed photos of the furniture and furnishing works being done according to our contract, which we send you regularly by email. Thus you can see with the executiond stage of the project and its quality.

Can I order items which I don't see on your site?

• Yes, our goal is to give our clinets wide range of services and products. If you need something in addition, please, write it down in the coment field when fiiling out your order and we will do our best to fullfill your whishes.

What are the execution and delivery terms?

• Maximum delivery term of standart order is 30-45 days from the initial payment date.

Do you offer an express service?

• Yes, and it takes 14 working days. The price is 15% higher than the standard price of your offer would be.

Do I have to attend the furniture delivery?

• It is not required, but have to provide access to the property.

What are the payment options? - Standard payment option:

• 70% advance payment after signing the contract/order.
• 25% partial payment 5 days before delivery (we will inform you a few days in advance about it)
• 5% final payment up to 5 days after signing a record of delivery and acceptance

- When paying 100% of the contract/order price in advance, client receives a 3% discount. How can I pay?

• By Bank transfer;
• Online using VISA or Master Card;
• In cash at our office in Varna.
