What are the current mechanisms we use in our kitchens

First of all, these are the furniture mechanisms of the Austrian brand BLUM. It manufactures high-quality hinges, flap systems for doors, pullers and drawer guides, distinguished by high stability, ease of movement, long-term durability and a wide variety of modern colors and materials.

Types of metal drawer systems:

1. TANDEMBOX BLUM

The repeatedly proven TANDEMBOX track is reliable thanks to its smooth operation. In addition, durable rollers ensure smooth movement and a dynamic load capacity of 30 kg or 65 kg. Thanks to the adaptive BLUMOTION soft-close system, smooth and silent closing is guaranteed throughout the furniture's lifetime.

Design: Clean and rectangular shapes. Aluminum painted in white or gray color

Variety of sizes and depths of the drawers. Option for hidden, internal drawers. Suitable for bathrooms.

Blum's technologies provide high comfort of movement in everyday life. Whether mechanical or electrical – with Blum, the drawers and pull-out mechanisms open and close effortlessly.

2. LEGRABOX

Distinguished by Elegant design: The sides are only 12.8 mm thick, straight both inside and out, and harmoniously blend with any furniture.

Incredible technology: In the case of LEGRABOX body rails, an entirely new type of guides was developed, combining simplified design with excellent movement characteristics

Full load: LEGRABOX also impresses even when fully extended and heavily loaded. Thanks to the high dynamic carrying capacity of 40 and 70 kg.

Stability with high fronts: High fronts are increasingly used in design. LEGRABOX supports this trend with a new type of front attachment, ensuring maximum stability when opening and closing. Wide and heavy drawers move very smoothly.

Design options: available in painted matte or stainless steel surfaces. Additionally, there are elements for embedding made of glass, stone, or leather.

Colors of sides: stainless steel, orion gray matte, black matte, silky white, polar silver matte, with an embedded element of stone or leather

These are internal drawers with built-in glass elements for a quick view of the contents.

SERVO-DRIVE

This is the Electric opening system - The movement technology makes opening incredibly easy. A light touch is enough for automatic opening thanks to the electric mechanism for flap doors, pull-out mechanisms-drawers, refrigerator and dishwasher doors without handles, and waste bin cabinet.

For smooth and silent closing, BLUMOTION takes care. For the system to operate, an electrical supply is required.

Mechanisms for flap doors AVENTOS

The AVENTOS mechanisms for flap doors bring a high level of comfort to upper cabinet rows. Even the largest and heaviest flap doors open extremely easily. AVENTOS is especially practical as it leaves the headspace and movement area above the user of the furniture unobstructed.

AVENTOS HF

Ideal for high two-part fronts

AVENTOS HF for lift-up folding doors is the ideal solution for tall and mid-height cabinets. The large lift mechanisms reveal a lot of freedom of movement - and can remain open while you cook.

Possible body heights range from 480 to 1,040 mm and widths up to 1,800 mm.

AVENTOS HS

Ideal for large, single fronts

With AVENTOS HS, the cabinet door swings smoothly over the body. This provides convenient access to the inside of the cabinets. It allows for the easy implementation of design solutions.

Possible body heights range from 350 to 800 mm and widths up to 1,800 mm.

Large single fronts can be realized with MDF fronts as well as with narrow and wide aluminum frames.

AVENTOS HL

The small single front moves parallel upwards.

With AVENTOS HL, small single fronts move parallel upwards. This makes this flap mechanism the optimal solution for tall and top cabinets, with storage spaces located above them. AVENTOS HL moves out of the action range and can remain open while cooking.

Possible body heights range from 300 to 580 mm and widths up to 1,800 mm.

The hardware for flap systems is compactly built and impresses with many integrated functions. This is what makes AVENTOS HK top the ideal solution for furniture where every detail matters.

Possible body heights range from 205 to 600 mm and widths up to 1,800 mm.

AVENTOS HK-S

Ideal for small fronts in upper cabinets and tall units

With hardware for small flap doors in the upper and tall cabinet rows, the space is optimally utilized, for example, above the refrigerator and the tall unit column. Thus, the compact power mechanism fits harmonically into the small cabinet body and impresses with high comfort of assembly and maintenance.

For cabinet heights up to max. 600 mm and cabinet widths up to 1,800 mm (depending on the power factor).

AVENTOS HK-XS

Ideal for small fronts in upper cabinets and tall units

AVENTOS HK-XS unveils new possibilities for designing small upper cabinets, thanks to its compact design. Thus, even bodies with a shallow depth are comfortably equipped. The symmetrical power mechanism can be mounted on one or both sides of the body. Its dual-side application allows for the realization of larger and heavier fronts.

Cabinet height from 240 to 600 mm. Cabinet widths depending on the power factor. The internal depth amounts to 100 mm.

BLUMOTION integrated in the hinge - This allows the furniture doors to close smoothly and quietly. The BLUMOTION technology regulates the dynamics of the door opening. The load is adjusted according to the door weight, as well as the force of closing. For high-quality motion in small or light doors, the BLUMOTION function can be deactivated if necessary.
