Ways for orders and payment:

Directly through the website with VISA or Master Card credit cards

The security of your payments by credit cards is ensured by the national card operator BORICA. By Borika is authorized payments made with local and international debit and credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, American Express.

To place an order follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Choose the product , you like, its characteristics and quantity. Push the button "Add to basket", to your virtual shopping basket.

Step 2: Review your virtual shopping basket at any moment by clicking on "View basket".

Click on "Continue shopping" if you want to add other goods

You can Delete, Update a chosen products. If you decide not to buy the products you've already chosen, click on "Empty basket". In case you are done shopping and ready to order, click on "Proceed to check out". Carefully fill out the form and choose payment method "By credit card".

Submit the order. Then we will send you an e-mail in 24 hours on working days.To make a payment you have to use the link at the end of our email to you, which leads to the payment page. On that page you can read again the product's details, payment conditions and if you agree, you will start filling out the credit card details for BORICA system. When you are done with this you will be transferred back to the site, where you will see the result of your payment. You will receive an email for "Payment result".

II.Bank transfer - After you submit your order, within 24 H we will send you an e-mail with our bank details and order details. The order is executed after receiving the transfer.

III. Cash on delivery by courier - Valid only for goods and payments up to 50 EUR. You can get the order on the address specified by you or in the offices of a courier company. Upon receipt must pay the value of the goods and delivery.

IV. Cash payment: Is performed upon receipt of goods in our shop or to Your shipping address.

Delivery:

The furniture is delivered to the address specified by you. Before delivery, we will contact you for further details. Some of the furniture required assembly. We recommend you to use professional installers. The term of delivery of the goods is different depending on whether they are in stock or "on order"

For products available in stock - delivery within 5 working days. For Furniture "on order" - delivery from 10 to 40 working days.

Guarantees

We provide 3 Years Guaranty for kitchens and furniture made in our furniture factory. For the other products in our shop you will receive a guarantee of 12 and 24 months, valid from the date of their delivery.
